Research Scientist

Natalie is an undergraduate student at Hope College studying Biology and French. She has been involved with the Boz Institute since high school when she completed the molecular biology research immersion programs; as a research intern, she helped identify associations between socioeconomic status factors and child / adolescent ADHD diagnoses in the US. Now a research scientist at Boz, Natalie works on two projects: plant evolutionary biology (characterizing the Irish Strawberry) and the effects of mating on the metagenome composition of female and male fruit flies.
